We want you to be completely happy with all of your purchases. Please review our Return Policy carefully. The Return Department must be notified of any problems within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise. Our Return Department can be contacted by phone at 800-477-1181 (Monday - Saturday, 10:00am-5:30pm ET) or email us at customerservice@abigails.com.
- All Returns must be accompanied with a Sales Receipt, have the Abigail's ticket attached, and be in original condition.
No items may be returned after 60 days or end-of-season (whichever comes first).
- Special Orders and personalized/monogrammed items are non-returnable.
- Items discounted 35-50% or more are non-returnable.
- Seasonal and Holiday items are non-returnable after the Holiday or end-of-season.
- Regularly priced items must be returned (postmarked) within 14 days of the Sales-Receipt date for refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping & fees) on the original credit card.
- Items discounted up to 30% must be returned (postmarked) within 7 days of the Sales-Receipt date for Merchandise Credit only (excluding shipping & fees).
We recommend that you send your return via an insured carrier--We are not responsible for lost returns.
