Special Orders

Special orders can take from 2-10 weeks depending upon availability. Some manufacturers will allow a rush on a special order but will charge a Rush Order Fee. Please note that Special Orders are ordered just for you and cannot be returned.

Personalized/Monogrammed Items

We offer monogramming and personalization on many of our gift items. Personalization of an item can take from 1-4 weeks depending on the item. Information for personalizing an item and length of time required can be found on the product detail-page for the item. Please note that personalized and monogrammed items cannot be returned.

Out of Stock Items

Occasionally we run out of an item due to high demand. If we do not have an item that you have ordered in-stock we will contact you via email. We do not charge your credit card until the item is ready to ship. Please note that Special Orders and personalized items are charged to your credit card when the order is placed.
