Gift Services
Abigail's provides a gift wrapping service for our customers at a cost of $4.00 for the entire order. This includes gift box(s) wrapped with ribbon, Abigail's gift seal, and a card with your personal message--just check 'Gift Services' when you checkout. Please note that we can only send to one address per order.
Tracking My Order
You will receive an email order confirmation within 24 hours of placing your order (excluding Holidays and weekends). Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with the Delivery Confirmation number. Items are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) unless otherwise noted. To track the status of your package visit www.usps.com and enter your Delivery Confirmation number.
Sales Tax
We are required by law to collect sales tax on non-clothing items for shipments within Massachusetts.
Exchanging Items
A $5.00 re-shipping charge will be applied in the case of exchanges unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.

Standard Delivery
Most purchases are shipped from our store to arrive within five to seven business days of receipt of the order (excluding Holidays & weekends). Items are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS)--please specify Post Office Box where required. For international shipping rates, please email us at customerservice@abigails.com
Rush Delivery
Please note that the charge for Rush Delivery is in addition to Standard Shipping Charges listed above. Rush Delivery service is not available for Special Orders, personalized items or items shipped directly from the manufacturer.
